Dream Ticketing is a bus ticketing and parcel tracking platform used by coach and courier operators. Operators sell journeys and deliver parcels; we provide the booking, payment and tracking tools behind them.

Information we collect

• Account details such as your name, phone number and email address.
• Booking details such as your trip, seat, boarding point and fare.
• Parcel details such as the waybill number, route and delivery status.
• Payment metadata such as amounts and M-Pesa transaction references - never your M-Pesa PIN.
• Basic device and usage information that keeps the service secure and working.

How we use your information

To complete your bookings and parcel deliveries, send your ticket and tracking updates by SMS, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud and improve the platform.

M-Pesa payments

Payments are processed through Safaricom's M-Pesa service. We receive confirmation of the amount and a transaction reference; your M-Pesa PIN is entered only on your own handset and is never seen or stored by us.

Sharing

We share booking and parcel information with the operator you chose, and with payment providers to complete your transaction. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as it is needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply appropriate safeguards and limit access to staff and partners who need it.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your information at any office you have booked with, or through the contact details on your ticket.
