Terms & Conditions
The rules for using Dream Ticketing to book bus tickets and track parcels. Last updated: October 2026.
Acceptance
By booking a ticket or tracking a parcel here you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please book at the operator's office instead.
Accounts
Use accurate contact details - your ticket and tracking updates are sent to the phone number you provide. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private.
Bookings and payment
Fares are set by the operator. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received; seats held while a payment is pending are released automatically if it is not completed. An M-Pesa confirmation reference is your proof of payment.
Tickets and boarding
Carry your ticket (printed from your SMS or downloaded as a PDF) and a valid ID. Arrive at your boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure; the operator may refuse boarding to late travellers who miss the coach.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow the operator's policy for your trip. Contact the office you booked with as early as possible; refunds are not available once a trip has been travelled.
Parcels
Prohibited and illegal items may not be sent. A valid ID and the waybill number are required at collection, and parcels left uncollected may attract storage costs set by the operator.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform - including fraudulent bookings, scraping, automated attacks or any attempt to disrupt the service.
Liability
The carriage of passengers and parcels is provided by the operator; we provide the booking and tracking platform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from delays, cancellations or items carried by the operator.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Contact
For any question about these terms, contact the office you booked with or use the contact details printed on your ticket.
